Yes, that's one of the big issues with serial fiction.

I thought publishing to my own publication would be a workaround. But it's not, because once you pass a certain number of chapters they don't all show up on the Publication page, so you have to add navigation, which I have done by collecting 10 chapters together in omnibus collections.
