I was talking about the link from the top navigation bar which takes a reader to a page that does not scroll down to all the latest...

Interestingly the link is:

but if I manually change this link to

https://medium.com/tag/photography

I get the page you are referring to, which, as you say, does eventually show the latest - so on a personal level I'm pleased to know about that now (thanks)

but surely it's more user intuitive to use the ready made navigation bar at the top of the page - I'm sure there are people like me who never get to see the alternative tag view
